This Seat Completely Adapts to You
BodyLink - Ergonomics with Flexibility
Imagine getting off your bike after a long day of cycling and the only sensation is the tingling tickle in your thighs. Relax: You can simply forget about an aching bottom, numb private parts, aching spinal discs or a stiff neck.
Such ergonomic seating comfort has become possible with the BodyLink hard shell seat from HP Velotechnik. On your old bicycle saddle, the entire weight of your body rests on the tiny surface of the seat bones. Conventional recumbent seats will press your back into a fixed shape or will not allow for a defined individual setting of the lumbar curve.
The BodyLink recumbent seat is adapted to the natural S-shape of the spine: The combination of a firm, anatomically shaped seat shell and a gently curved backrest with a flexible connection gives you pleasantly generous support on your recumbent. You can easily adjust the height of the front edge of the seat and the lumbar support using the quick release. Just like the backrest: upright in the city, flat and fast in the countryside. The excitement lies in the diversity.
Very practical: You can adjust the seat size to the millimetre. The BodyLink hard shell seat for your recumbent is infinitely variable in length with only one seat to choose from. HP Velotechnik produces this innovative recumbent bike seat from fiber-reinforced plastic with a light foam core. A headrest is available as an accessory. The innovative design of the BodyLink seat with the semi-flexible seat shell is protected as a registered design by the German Patent Office.
