New Model Year:
Novelties and Changes for the 2025/2026 Season at a Glance
With the Scorpion fx 26, we are sending a true specialist for cycle touring into the new season. On the drivetrain side, there is a new pedelec system and a new automatic gear hub to choose from. Changes have also been made to our Special Edition models.
Scorpion fx 26 – The Foldable Touring Trike With up to 150 kg Payload
The Scorpion fx 26 brings trike touring to the next level. The stable vehicle is not only ready to carry huge amounts of luggage, but also offers unique seating comfort, especially over long distances.
The trike’s key figures speak for themselves: a payload of 150 kg, for the luggage alone up to 63 kg providing nine(!) mounting points. 100 mm suspension travel and a ground clearance of 160 mm. In combination with the striking 26-inch rear wheel this provides outstanding seating and riding comfort even on rough roads. The extra plus for globetrotters or those who often want to take their tricycle with them on the train or in the car: The Scorpion fx 26 is foldable. In just one minute, the frame can be reduced from 221 cm long and 83 cm wide to a compact 111 x 83 x 66 cm.
We supply the Scorpion fx 26 in the standard colors Cool grey metallic and Pearl orange or in an optional special color on request. The basic model is available from a SRP of 4.790 € / US$ 5,770, the pedelec versions with motor start at 6.280 € SRP / US$ 7,590 SRP. Delivery is planned from mid of September 2025.
Shimano STEPS EP5 Pedelec System and Nexus Inter5 Di2 Hub
Since May 20, 2025 already, we are offering the new STEPS EP5 for all tricycle models as a more powerful successor to the Shimano STEPS E6100. In Germany and a range of other countries, the pedelec system is also available as retrofit kit. At the same time, we have also expanded our range of drive options with the robust Nexus Inter5 Di2 hub gears.
With an impressive 65 Nm of torque, the new EP5 motor offers powerful, yet natural support. It can be combined with a practical Sram X4 8-speed derailleur or an automatic hub gear from the Shimano Nexus series, with a choice of five or eight gears. Here, the Nexus Inter5 Di2 is also a new addition. The new option among our hub gears impresses with its efficient gear selection and is particularly suitable for regions where a maximum spread of gear ratios is not required. The robust gear system can also be combined with the powerful Shimano STEPS EP801 Cargo motor system.
Here you can find more information on the STEPS EP5 pedelec system and the Nexus Inter5 Di2 hub gear as well as prices for the various drive options.

Scorpion fs 26 Enduro – Updated Basic Gearing and Expanded Drivetrain Options
For the new model year, the Scorpion fs 26 Enduro will now feature the reliable Tripleshift 24 gearing system – combining a 3-speed hub with an 8-speed derailleur that’s already proven itself on our other models.
By taking this step, we are standardizing the pricing of our tricycle models and are now making all tricycle drivetrain options and crank lengths available for the Scorpion fs 26 Enduro. This means that you can now also choose the drive option with or without pedelec system that suits best for your chosen model
Delta tx® – New Displays for Bafang and Shimano EP801 Motor Options
The new Bafang DP C381.C display provides a better visibility for all Delta tx® with Bafang system. The display, which is now mounted centrally above the handlebar clamp, provides all information and is particularly easy to read thanks to its enlarged display. The system is controlled via the ergonomically positioned control buttons on the side of the handlebar grip. A particularly positive feature is that the display can also be easily retrofitted to existing Delta tx® models in place of the previous small display if required.
All Delta tx® models with Shimano EP801 drivetrain options will also receive a new display (SC-EN610), which now enables a Bluetooth connection with the practical Shimano app
New 20″ Suspension Fork for Grasshopper fx and Streetmachine Gte
The 20″ suspension fork Spinner Grind 2 previously used on our touring and travel classics is getting a successor. With the model year change, we are installing the TSR AX1 suspension fork with 63 mm travel. The fork has a good response and linear suspension behavior thanks to solid, adjustable steel springs. As before, we offer the fork with a standard setup up to 100 kg and a stiffer suspension version upon request.
The 1 1/8″ steerer tube means that the stem and headset of both recumbent bike models have to be adjusted – these must also be replaced if necessary and when retrofitting the new suspension fork on older models (details can be found in the new upcoming price list).
